Duplex W - This duplex was located on a corner so it provided the perfect opportunity to convert the units into condos. This unit had been recently updated but needed to be further enhanced to maxamize style and function. Outside the goal was to create private courtyards out of wasted yard areas so that both units beneifited from outdoor living spaces.
