DESIGN EXPERIENCE

Sunbelt Equity, LLC, Phoenix, AZ
Project Manager, April 2011 - Present
     • Sourced 50+ properties in Arizona & California to be purchased and renovated into profit flowing rental homes

     • Prepare design plans for the home within the budget that create a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing home. 
     • Hire contractor and teams to execute design plans and changes, while overseeing all projects. 

     • Sourcing materials that were durable and appropriate for a rental property.     
     • Managed entired portfolio: Leasing, repairs, budgets, tenant relations, logistics, and investor communications
     • Equity share holder in company.

Design Directior, Spring 2011
     • Assisted in event planning by coordinating appropriate design elements
     • Graphic design focus creating: Event Posters, Magazine Advertisments, Event Tickets, Web Banners, and Signs 
     • Designed event recap forms highlighting brand sponsors and their contributions to events to encourage future involvment
