BALBOA DRIVE -  This home had an attached storage shed and workshop built on the back of the home which blocked the golfcourse view. We combined the spaces, installed french doors to enter the room, hid an ugly corner by installing an electric fireplace, and large windows to capture the view. The result was a beautiful family room. Opening the kitchen to create a breakfast bar, provided the same results... It's all about the view.
