Duplex V - This unit had some updates over the years but nothing recent therefore the focus was a complete remodel to maximize the function of the space while giving it a more modern identity. Exposed brick, a custom wood exhaust hood with matching island, and brass fixtures made a stylish impact. The dividing wall between the living room and kitchen was reconfigured to improve the layout while creating a vintage detail via the new period appropriate archway!
