Harvard - From a rough rental, to a cozy cottage vibe! This house was a rental property for many years, but when it came time to sell - It needed some simple changes to help buyers see it's charm and potential. We kept the original cabinets but painted them back to life with some slight reconfiguration and the help of crown molding, cabinet hardware, open shelves, and of course - Granite counters! The bathrooms got similar attention, but it was staging that really helped to make this house feel like a home again.
