THUNDERBIRD DRIVE - This golfcourse home was once loved but had been long forgetten. We removed the walls of a shotty AZ room and created a huge, outdoor, covered patio. A den became a third bedroom by relocating the garage entry and the interior is now an inviting space. The kitchen was reconfigured to create a breakfast bar and offer views from the moment you walk in the front door.
